4. Organizing a system for accsess control;
5. Maintenence of all systems of buildings, such as:
- heating;
- ventilation;
- air conditioning;
- fire alarm and fire-fighting;
- electric power and water supply and sewerage systems;
- lifts;
6. Ensuring compliance with the rules of internal order in the building;
7. Providing 24-hour "hotline" phone.
