The implementation of project BG05M9OP001-1.008-0847 "Improving Working Conditions and Increasing the Efficiency of the Staff at 'VENUS-R' EOOD," funded by the European Social Fund through the "Human Resources Development" Operational Program, has begun. The primary goal of the project is to enhance the quality of the working environment at "Venus R" by ensuring good and safe working conditions, introducing flexible forms of work organization and human resources management, improving working conditions, and increasing employees' awareness of workplace risks and methods for their minimization and prevention. The project will enable the application of innovative labor organization models aimed at increasing productivity and the efficient use of resources.
Main activities of the project:
1. Project Management
2. Development and implementation of a human resources development system at "Venus R" EOOD
3. Purchase and introduction of modern and ergonomic personal protective equipment (PPE) and specialized work clothing, which will improve working conditions and the health of employees at "Venus R" EOOD
4. Training for "Venus R" employees on specific health risks related to individual workplaces and methods and means for their limitation and prevention
5. Information and publicity of the project.
The project has a duration of 8 months and responds to the needs of the company's employees, including the necessity for flexible forms of employment and the training and development of staff to enhance their knowledge and skills for preventing workplace risks and protecting the environment. Investments in modern and ergonomic PPE and work clothing will ensure a higher level of protection against occupational accidents and reduce occupational diseases. As a result, labor productivity will increase, and the introduction of innovative labor organization models aimed at meeting the needs of the target group and environmental protection will ensure resource efficiency.
