By order of the Manager from February 1, a human resources management system has been implemented in the company. The system was developed by HR expert Petya Petkova, who is engaged as a "Consultant" within the project. The newly introduced system includes the following policies:
1. HR Planning and Recruitment Policy.
2. Induction and Continuous Training and Career Development Policy.
3. Policies for introducing flexible forms of employment, including extending the working life of employees over 54 years old, young people engaged in education or raising children up to 6 years old, and persons with disabilities.
The implementation of the System will be carried out through specialized software, developed for the company's purposes by "Digital Partner" Ltd. – the project contractor. The software includes modules corresponding to the functional requirements and recommendations made by the consultant. A terminal for workplace access and work time control, installed at the entrance to "Venus R," will also be used for the System's implementation.
Alongside the introduction of the Human Resources Management System, the management of "Venus R" has developed and approved a Corporate Environmental Management Program. The environmental protection policy aims for the efficient use of natural resources, effective management of emissions within legal norms, effective waste management, and minimizing pollution from waste products of the company's activities, using technologies for waste recycling. The environmental protection policy is published on the company's website, and its implementation will contribute to enhancing the company's image and positive perception among clients and the public.
